Independent Democrats Provincial Congress
2004-11-16. The Independent Democrats (ID) will hold its KwaZulu-Natal Provincial Congress in Durban on Sunday, 21st of November 2004. The media are invited to attend an open session on the same day between 11h00 and 13h00.
The open session will consist of:
- The keynote address by ID National Leader, Patricia de Lille.
- The elections for the Provincial Executive Committee (PEC)
- Address by the Provincial Leader
