ID press conference today on ‘high tariffs and rates in Cape Town’
22-05-2007 The ID caucus in the City of Cape Town will hold a press conference today at 13H00 to outline its opposition to the city’s Draft Budget, due to come before full council on Wednesday, 30 May 2007.

conference today at 13H00 to outline its opposition to the city’s Draft
Budget, due to come before full council on Wednesday, 30 May
2007.
The ID is opposing the proposed high tariffs and rates increases
‘because of the negative impact they will have on poorer
communities.’
The ID’s proposed amendments will be explained.
The conference will be held in Councillor Grindrod’s office on the
6th floor Podium Block in the Civic Centre.
