ID’s Izak Jenner – ‘well done South Africa for saving lives’

ID MP Izak Jenner has extended ‘the appreciation of the Independent
Democrats to the public, the Department of Transport and its Minister,
Jeff Radebe, for committing themselves to bringing down the death toll
on our roads over the festive season.
‘The vast majority of drivers pulled together and obeyed traffic rules and those that did not were dealt with by traffic officers that were resolute in their commitment to saving lives,’ Mr Jenner says.
‘The result was that there were 263 fewer deaths this festive season than the year before. This translates into far more people who were spared the pain of losing loved ones.’
