The ID's Election 2004 Manifesto has been split into 7 parts for ease of reading on the web. Part 1 contains the introduction and the ID's vision and pledges.

Election 2004 Manifesto: Part 2

Part 2 covers Patricia de Lille's Statement of Intent, the Guiding Principles of the ID and Protecting our Democracy.

Election 2004 Manifesto: Part 3

Part 3 deals with Job Creation, including the Challenges thereof and the ID's Solution. It also includes sections on Job Creation through Public Works, Rural Development and Trade Policy.

Election 2004 Manifesto: Part 4

Part 4 includes the challenges and solutions regarding Poverty Eradication, Support for the Aged and the Provision of Basic Services.

Election 2004 Manifesto: Part 5

Part 5 covers the challenges and the ID's solutions to HIV/AIDS, Human Security including Specific Solutions on Crime Against Children and Rape and Women Abuse.

Election 2004 Manifesto: Part 6

Part 6 deals with the challenges and the ID's solution to Eduction and Anti-Corruption.

Election 2004 Manifesto: Part 7

Part 7 concludes the Election 2004 Manifesto with the issues of Land, Enhancing our Society including the Environment, Animal Rights, the Arts, Foreign Policy and finally the Closing Statement.
